What a buyer should know
A displacement boat, and unapologetic about it
The Delta 600 is the calm end of Marian's small-boat range. An 8 kW motor and a 21 kWh pack give roughly 7 knots — walking pace on the water — and that combination is the point rather than a limitation. A small motor drawing from a pack of this size will run for a long afternoon at cruising speed, which is exactly what a lake boat needs. Draft is 0.5 m, so shallow shorelines and reed-lined bays are open to it.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone who wants to tow a skier, tender a larger yacht at pace, or cross open water against wind and chop. At 7 knots the Delta cannot outrun weather, and it is not a coastal boat.
The interesting comparison is in-house: the Magic 640 is barely larger yet carries 100 kW and 84 kWh for €51,600, against the Delta's €41,000. That roughly €10,600 gap buys a completely different character. Choose the Delta if silence, endurance and low running cost are the priorities; choose the Magic if speed ever will be. Note too that the battery is offered as AGM or lithium — establish which chemistry the quoted price assumes, because the difference in weight, life and cost is substantial.
